"TOO" is the second full-length recording by AALLII. It is an hour-long, non-stop song/sound collage comprised of solo, ambient, and/or electronic drone recordings - with the odd pop song thrown in - executed over the last two years.

Many of these recordings were undertaken as part of other, larger projects that proved to be too experimental to actually be listenable - an album length live electronic album tracked to cassette tape, a two hour live drone composition with video accompaniment, an EP for a band that didn't exist until it suddenly did, etc. - compiled here as a kind-of best of/megamix of these like-minded productions.

The album revels in the ambient/drone tendencies present in AALLII's other projects - The more song-oriented Yume Nikki, obviously, and the gloom-pop band Hollow Boys - here stretching them to epic proportions (Strung Together) or using them as a cloud-like base for barely-there pop songs (Gaiden, You Were Wrong).

The two projects that this album pulls most prominently from are "Bummed Out on Godless" - a cyberpunk soundtrack that catalogues various places and happenings in a dystopian cityscape - and "You Are Healed," a tape of healing ambient music. "TOO" purports to split the difference between the two, presenting a portrait of a jittery, anxious, dystopian world while trying to find calm and healing amid the clangor and chaos.
